We’ve Got Your Back
Travel today can be unpredictable.
Flights change, they get canceled, and disruptions can turn excitement into stress.
We get it. After all, we’re travelers too.
That’s why we are introducing the Skiplagged Guarantee.
Why the Skiplagged Guarantee?
You visit Skiplagged for incredible flight deals, and we’re here to deliver. But we also know that feeling secure about your trip is paramount.
While 99.9% of Skiplagged travelers never run into issues, we believe it’s essential to be there for you just in case something unexpected happens.
The Skiplagged Guarantee is our way of saying “we’ve got your back.” If your trip is disrupted, and we can help, we will.
When the Skiplagged Guarantee applies
The Skiplagged Guarantee applies to specific disruptions that could affect a trip you booked through us:
- The airline cancels your ticket.
- Your flight is rerouted so it no longer goes to your destination.
- You’re denied check-in or boarding.
If one of these happens, we’ll cover the fare difference between your original ticket and a comparable flight, up to $500 per traveler, to get you where you need to go.
Conditions apply, including booking a substitute flight through Skiplagged and submitting your reimbursement request within 24 hours of the disruption. Some disruptions, such as weather, are not included. See the Skiplagged Guarantee terms for details.
The Skiplagged Guarantee is available on any flight: it’s included with the success fee on skiplagging flights, and you can add Skiplagged Benefits at checkout on regular flights.
